Q: Do I need to register to shop?

A: Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number. However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that you’re unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You can still find the above information in your mailbox though.

 

Q: How do I create an account?

Q: I forgot my password or my password does not work?

A: Click ‘Forget Password’ and key in your email to reset your password

 

Q: What are newsletters and why should I subscribe to it?

A: Newsletters are usually used to keep you up to date with exclusive deals and new product highlights. You'll be the first to find out about discount promotions and special offers before anyone else does!

 

Q: URGENT! Can I receive my order tomorrow or specific date if I place the order today?

A: You will receive your orders within 3 - 7 working days upon order placement. Pickups or CODs services are not available.

  

Q: Can I change my order?

A: No. You cannot change your order items once the payment is confirmed.


Q: What if my ordered good is OUT OF STOCK?

A: You can replace with other items (with equal value) or request for full refund if any ordered good is out of stock.

Q: How do I make payments?

A: All transactions are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via Ipay 88 a payment gateway that accepts credit cards, debit cards (Paypal) and local bank online transfers. All orders will be paid in Malaysia Ringgit.

 

Q: Do you offer meet up / cash on delivery (COD) / accept direct bank transfers / atm transfer 

A: No.

A: Yes. The procedure is the same as with credit cards..
